Our Service

ClearSky Flights provides a carbon offsetting service, allowing you to offset estimated carbon emissions from your flights by funding certified offset projects. We are not a travel agency and do not sell flights.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£). The offset cost is based on distance, travel class, and number of passengers as calculated by our online tool. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments

We process payments securely via PayPal. All payments are final at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Due to the nature of carbon offsetting (funding of third-party environmental projects), purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is complete.

Accuracy of Information

We aim to provide accurate carbon calculations using standard emissions factors. However, all carbon estimates are approximate and intended as guidance only.

Liability

ClearSky Flights is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to your use of the site or your offset purchases. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
